Return policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items that are brand new, unused, and in a resalable condition. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 30 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise, provided that a valid proof of purchase is presented.

To start the return process, please reach out to our customer service team to request a return authorization.

Once your return request has been approved, kindly repackage the item within 7 days using a traceable shipping method and send it back to us.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly process your refund. After your return request has been fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
